I am going to do this blog so that I do not post too much of it on Facebook. This will be a running log on what I am up to.

I was really too tired to notice much of anything from my first day except the food has been amazing. Not a bad meal. The Air France flight was realy amazing. I do not feel out of place dining at a four star resteraunt. But I felt really uncomfortable dining that way a few miles in the Sky. I had a Risotto that was amazing. I think they had some kind of convection oven on board because it tasted like it came right out of the pot. Really trying not to over indulge but its really hard, I had meal here outside of Amsterdam last night at the hotel I stayed at. Veal Schnitzel...


Slept a good nine hours last night ready. Should be able to shrug off the jet lag today. Off to see my old friend Mark Faulkner about two hours South of Amsterdam in Etten-Luer.
